Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Advisor to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. This on-site role sits at the Cumming, GA facility with a 1st shift (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Mon-Thu).

You will be the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, assisting with data intake, employee self-service, and LOA navigation. You will monitor HR inboxes, resolve basic requests, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR leaders while maintaining precise data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in customer support and data entry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation and support for HR-related inquiries following established procedures.
• Reviews and updates key business processes and master data.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Handles HR inboxes and escalates issues to Centers of Excellence, HR Directors, or Leadership as needed.
