Job summary

EON Applications, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional for a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist role. You will guide customers through onboarding, configuration, and adoption of AcquireTM, applying HR best practices to maximize value.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, deliver virtual training, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. Training, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting or related field.
• Knowledge of HR and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist customers with system setup and rollout planning.
• Ensure successful adoption of the Acquire platform.
• Manage implementation timelines, deliverables and expectations.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot questions and provide timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions in the help desk system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Advocate for customer needs and communicate enhancements.
• Stay aligned with product releases and stay ahead on features.
