Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. You will work closely with customers to ensure a positive experience, strengthen relationships, and drive successful implementation of HR HealthCare’s products.

The role focuses on improving customer outcomes, increasing retention, and identifying opportunities to expand value within the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer success or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus, not required.
• Proficiency with CRM and related support tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and product adoption for assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure positive experiences.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage customers.
• Document interactions and account activity in the CRM system.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve adoption and renewals.
