Job summary

Geneva Capital LLC is a dynamic national equipment finance company seeking a hardworking HR & Payroll Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.

You will handle biweekly payroll, open enrollment, 401(k) coordination, and compliance, while supporting recruitment and employee relations activities. Reports to the President with growth opportunities in a growing national company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll, monthly commissions and incentives, quarterly gainsharing, and annual bonuses.
• Administer PTO tracking, FMLA leave and pay, and employee benefits enrollment.
• Maintain payroll and benefits records, including employee information and reporting relationships.
• Coordinate payroll reporting with benefit providers.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate open enrollment and work with brokers/providers.
• Advise management on compensation, benefits, and related matters.
• Help administer the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
