Family Fresh Pack Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our rapidly growing team in the United States. The role focuses on payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance to maintain a positive workplace culture.

You will manage weekly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and support benefits enrollment and HR reporting. This hands-on position offers exposure to diverse HR functions and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in HR, payroll, recruiting, or administrative roles is advantageous; training provided for right candidate.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Post job openings, screen applications, and source candidates.
• Support onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR reporting.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR projects and audits.
