Job summary

Job Juncture in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a full-time HR Payroll specialist to administer payroll for multiple production teams, manage benefits enrollment and changes, and maintain accurate personnel records.

You will collaborate with finance and leadership to ensure compliant reporting, support onboarding and offboarding, and respond to employee inquiries with a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role supports daily HR on special projects but mainly handles payroll for multiple production.
