Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role supports daily HR on special projects but mainly handles payroll for multiple production. The HR Payroll team member is responsible for administering employee benefits, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
