Job summary

This on-site HR Payroll role supports daily HR activities with a focus on payroll for multiple production lines. You will administer employee benefits, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate personnel records to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with finance and leadership to support accurate reporting, policies, and procedures, while handling confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities and personnel file maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters.
• Report HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment.
