LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, family-owned company in Roseville, MN to hire an HR/Payroll Coordinator. This role blends full-cycle payroll with HR support across benefits, onboarding, communications, HRIS, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has payroll experience, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while growing their HR capabilities within the department. This on-site role offers exposure to a broad HR function and career development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.
• 2+ years HR operations experience; multi-state payroll strongly preferred.
• Exposure to benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Comfortable working with HRIS/payroll systems, reporting, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~470 employees across 30 states.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for ~50 additional employees.
• Manage monthly commission payroll.
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee data in ADP Workforce Now.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Ensure payroll compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support benefits enrollment and employee changes.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Maintain confidential HR files and updated org charts/descriptions.
• Assist with HRIS data integrity, reporting, and workforce metrics.
• Support employee communications and engagement activities.
• Coordinate recognition programs and company events.
• Assist managers with performance review reminders and lifecycle processes.
• Support HR projects and required filings.
