Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a client to identify a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits, leave management, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, and compliance on a primarily remote basis.

The ideal candidate is organized, discreet with confidential information, and collaborates with HR leadership to ensure accurate, timely HR operations and strong employee support across the organization.

Compensation will range from $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience in payroll, benefits, leave administration, HR operations, onboarding, or employee support.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and support payroll administration activities.
• Review and process employee changes, timecards, deductions, taxes, and related payroll data.
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans and 401(k).
• Coordinate leave programs including FMLA, disability, and local requirements.
• Maintain HR data within the HRIS system and perform audits for data integrity.
• Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and candidate communications.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and daily operational activities.
• Provide frontline employee support on payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
