Job summary

Ultimate Staffing partners with a growing manufacturer in the west metro to add an HR Assistant/Generalist to their small but impactful HR team. The role covers payroll administration, HRIS management, employee relations and engagement initiatives, and leave administration.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience, an Associate's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent), knowledge of employment laws, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR experience (internships considered)
• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• HRIS experience (Paylocity is a plus)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer in the west metro that is looking to add an HR Assistant/Generalist to their small but impactful HR team.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who wants exposure to a broad range of human resources responsibilities, including:

• Payroll administration
• HRIS management
• Employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Leave administration (FMLA, protected leaves)
• HR compliance and reporting
• Process improvement projects

What they're looking for:

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of HR experience (internships considered)

💰 $45,000-$55,000 base salary (flexibility for highly qualified candidates)
