The position emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and attention to detail, with part-time hours and a focus on delivering reliable administrative support to multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll, HR administration, or accounting support experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Manage PTO requests and balances per policy.
• Handle new-hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Process terminations and maintain documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration including health insurance and 401k enrollments.
• Provide accounts payable support and invoice processing.
• Perform data entry and maintain HR and financial records.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with employment laws.
• Assist employees with HR inquiries and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with managers and accounting staff to support operations.
