Location: Maple Grove, MN | Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Overview

A production-based organization is seeking an HR/Payroll Generalist to manage payroll for multiple production operations while supporting broader HR functions. This role is key to ensuring accurate employee records, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience, while partnering closely with finance and leadership on reporting and operational alignment.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities and personnel file maintenance
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters
• Report to the HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
