Payroll Specialist

At LHH we are seeking a detail oriented Payroll Specialist to join a growing payroll team. In this role you will handle biweekly payroll processing, timecard administration and employee support. You'll work with Paylocity, support accounting functions, and be a go-to resource for payroll related questions.

Responsibilities

• processing payroll-biweekly: commissions/bonuses, audits, hires
• timecard administration & field partnership
• Accounting support-payroll journal entries, reporting, deductions, tax filings/withholdings
• Off cycle pay runs

Experience:

• Prior Paylocity +HRIS and Time keeping

SKills

• Enjoys fast pace environment and enjoys staying busy
• deadline driven, efficient and detail oriented
• Proactive teammate with great communication

Compensation

• $52,000-$58,000
• Benefits apply to hiring company
