Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll and/or HR experience, preferably for 50+ employees.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Comfortable using multiple software platforms.
• Background check acceptable under applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll and timekeeping processing.
• Assist employees and managers with payroll questions and changes.
• Maintain accurate HR, payroll, benefits and timekeeping records.
• Onboard/offboard employees; HR reporting and document handling.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, leave management, and workers’ compensation tasks.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS and related systems.
