Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of payroll experience in a multi-location, multi-state environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with electronic payroll systems and data import/export.
• Paycom and/or Profit Zoom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process weekly payroll and related tasks.
• Enter and validate pay rates and payroll information in Paycom and Profit Zoom.
• Review timecards for accuracy and obtain manager approvals.
• Verify payroll data before imports/exports and review check registers.
• Coordinate with field staff and managers to resolve payroll questions and approvals.
• Process payroll for paid time off, on-call pay, incentive pay, stipends, and certified payroll.
• Generate and review payroll reports before/after submission.
• Work with HR to reflect changes in payroll systems.
• Process per diems each Monday and load onto per diem cards.
