Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle payroll processing in a manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Serve as the primary support to the Payroll Supervisor, assisting with daily payroll operations, audits, reconciliations, and special payroll projects
Support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense verification, and payment reconciliation
Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal controls, and company policies
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll Systems (Workforce Now)
Experience with full-cycle payroll, including timekeeping, wage calculations, tax withholdings, and payroll reporting
Prior payroll experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environment preferred
Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and vendor management
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, labor laws, and confidential data handling
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and financial software
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
