This full-time role combines HR onboarding, payroll, AP, and administrative tasks while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or post-acute settings and knowledge of payroll systems or HRIS.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and new hire paperwork.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Assist management with employee relations matters.
• Process and audit employee timecards for payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions; resolve discrepancies.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices (Accounts Payable).
• Maintain AP records and filing systems; assist with month-end close.
• Communicate with vendors regarding account inquiries; support reporting.
