Arden Park Post Acute is seeking a Human Resources / Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our Sacramento team. This full-time role focuses on onboarding, records maintenance, payroll processing, and vendor invoice management to support residents and staff.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $35.00 - $40.00 and benefits in a supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth within a healthcare facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, or related administrative roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and new hire paperwork.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Assist management with employee relations matters.
• Process and audit employee timecards and payroll submissions.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain AP records.
• Reconcile statements and assist with payment processing.
