Arden Park Post Acute in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced Human Resources / Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist. This full-time role offers hourly pay in the $35.00–$40.00 range, with benefits and growth opportunities.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage records, and process payroll, while supporting AP functions and general administrative duties. Candidate should have at least 2 years in HR, payroll, or related admin, strong organizational skills, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and new hire paperwork.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Assist management with employee relations matters.
• Process and audit employee timecards and payroll submissions.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions.
• Monitor compliance with wage and hour regulations.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Maintain Accounts Payable records and filing systems.
• Reconcile statements and assist with payment processing.
• Communicate with vendors regarding account inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Answer employee and vendor inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist department leaders with special projects as needed.
• Support daily office operations and facility administration.

Key Responsibilities
