Amazon.com Services LLC in Kansas City, KS is seeking an HR Partner on the NACF PXT team to focus on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence. Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience OR equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, manufacturing).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing guidance).

Responsabilités

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and maintain HR process documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, resolve issues or escalate.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities) and track follow-ups.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, guide tool usage.
• Coordinate site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data (attrition, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve questions and identify gaps to improve adoption.
