Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to join the NACF PXT team in Kansas City, KS. You will support employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operations, working onsite to coach leaders and partner with Operations to foster a valued work culture.
You will use data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance the employee experience, manage confidential information, and contribute to site reviews and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support a positive employee experience and partner with PXT and Operations.
- Execute standard work with quality, timing, and SLAs.
- Provide frontline employee support and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in engagement activities and track feedback channels.
- Coach frontline leaders on engagement and tooling usage.
- Support site-level engagement initiatives and logistics.
- Track HR data and prepare insights for reviews.
- Promote self-service tools and identify usability gaps.
