Job summary

Amazon’s HR Business Partner role within NACF PXT partners with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence. You will balance strategic and tactical responsibilities, coach leaders, and drive inclusive talent practices on-site at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs and maintain floor presence.
• Coach business leaders on people management practices, performance feedback, and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools with high-touch service delivery.
