Genesis Logistics Inc. is seeking an HR Representative to support leaders nationwide from distribution centers and regional offices. You will deliver strategic counsel, drive HR initiatives, and ensure a compliant, engaging workplace across multiple sites.

You will partner with management on staffing, investigations, employee relations, and data analytics, shaping the culture and climate while upholding HR policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent 4 years' experience.
• PHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws preferred.
• Experience with investigations and data analytics preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic HR counsel to leaders and business partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policies across centers.
• Conduct employee relations and investigations as needed.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and performance processes.
• Enter and maintain data in HRMS.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
