Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Representative to support leaders nationwide across distribution centers and regional offices. You will provide strategic counsel, employee relations, and advisory services to maintain a productive, compliant workplace.

You will implement HR strategies, drive engagement, conduct investigations as needed, and partner with management to ensure timely staffing, training, and performance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent 4 years experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and culture.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws related to HR.
• Audit activities for HR policy compliance.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and listen actively.
• Assist with staffing, succession planning and associate programs.
• Understand compensation and benefits systems and communications.
• Administer EOS process and data in HRMS.
• Administer our performance management process.
