Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations with standard work, strong partnerships, and data-driven HR. The role is onsite in North Carolina with significant travel to partner with rural and regional operations, driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.

You will coach leaders, handle confidential information, and use HR tools to improve employee experiences while building core HR capabilities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Execute programs to support employee experience by partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Run standard work with quality and SLAs, documenting HR processes and interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion.
• Support feedback channels and engagement activities to drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement initiatives and gather feedback.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify recurring gaps.
