Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Experience with Employee Relations Processes required.
• Experience with Just Culture preferred.
• Ability to provide policy development and management.
• Understanding employee engagement metrics and improving engagement.
• Previous experience with students, contractors, and externs/interns preferred.
• Creativity and love for developing organizational training tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist the HR Manager and AVP of Human Resources with Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Support Training and Development initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and other stakeholders for HR projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and contribute to retention and succession planning.
• Champion DEI initiatives within the organization.
• Partner on student and apprenticeship programs.
