Qualifications

• 3+ years in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and handling sensitive information.
• Experience with ADP preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Provide people support for benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Lead recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Administer benefits programs, enrollment, and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Foster culture and plan all-hands and recognition events.
• Produce reports and dashboards for headcount and planning.
