Job summary

You will lead onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives, analyze trends, and help design effective talent strategies. Onsite, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3-8 years' experience, preferably in health care, with competency across multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to people leaders and team members.
• Analyze onboarding, turnover, and organizational effectiveness trends to develop solutions and programs.
• Oversee performance management and coaching processes to improve engagement and retention.
• Lead onboarding effectiveness and management onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure policy guidance and compliance with employment laws.
