Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, preferred.
• 4-6 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Enthusiasm for people and a sincere desire to support healthcare team members is required.
• Listening with empathy, logic and critical thinking skills is required.
• Experience with Employee Relations Processes required. Experience with Just Culture preferred.
• Ability to provide policy control, development and management.
• Understanding employee engagement metrics and experience improving engagement metrics.
• Previous experience with students, contractors, and externs/interns preferred.
• Creativity and love for developing organizational training tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager and AVP of HR with Employee Relations and Engagement initiatives.
• Support Training and Development programs and materials.
• Collaborate with teams on HR projects and process improvements.
• Analyze engagement and retention metrics to inform strategy.
• Support retention and succession planning efforts.
• Champion DEI initiatives and partner on student and apprenticeship programs.
