Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner within the North American Sort Center (NASC) PXT team to support employee experience, engagement, and HR operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility. You will build partnerships with operations, coach leaders, and drive data-driven HR practices that improve retention and workforce health.

The role emphasizes standard work, timely issue resolution, confidentiality, and collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality in sensitive HR matters.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience OR equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Solid problem‑solving and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support, address concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and engagement activities with senior PXT members.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, and guide use of tools for better communication and performance.
• Support site-level engagement, communication and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability.
