Job summary

The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Human Resources Partner Administrator to manage daily HR transactions, onboarding documentation, and file maintenance for faculty and staff within the Surgery division. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate, timely processing and reporting.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience. Remote/Hybrid eligibility is available, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and cross‑functional teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education experience.

Responsibilities

• Process employee documents post-onboarding and support HR transactions.
• Coordinate with HR team and SOMHR to ensure timely document submission.
• Maintain employee and faculty files in Taleo and People Administration.
• Adjust Kronos timecards and record HR transactions in Budget system.
• Assist with data gathering for monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
