Responsibilities

• Assists with onboarding faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and other employees for both UAB and HSF.
• Assists with processing personnel actions for UAB and HSF employees, including hires, transfers, and leave actions.
• Maintains confidential personnel records for UAB and HSF employees.
• Assists with employment verification requests and credentialing activities.
• Schedules HR meetings and interviews; prepares HR correspondence and reports.
• Assists with HR reports, workforce metrics, and audit preparation.
