Job summary

The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking an Human Resources Partner Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR Partner Generalist Senior for two populations: UAB and HSF.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, employee records, performance management, credentialing, leave administration, and compliance while ensuring processes meet policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employment requisitions and posting for UAB and HSF.
• Coordinate interview schedules and applicant communications.
• Assist with onboarding for faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and other employees.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and assist with personnel actions.
• Support physician and provider credentialing activities and licensure tracking.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and onboarding/compliance documentation.
• Provide responsive customer service to employees and leadership.
