ADP in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You will participate in award-winning training and work with both new and existing clients to offer high-quality HR solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes, document progress, and guide clients from initial contact through implementation, earning industry-leading compensation and rewards as you succeed.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience helps with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Bonus points for building a network and using social media for sales.
