Lancesoft is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Bangor, Maine team onsite. You will support high-volume hiring, employee walk-ins, and communications while advancing toward an HR self-service model. The role requires adaptability, technical savvy, and collaboration with existing HR staff.

Responsibilities include improving processes, managing data across HR platforms, and assisting with open enrollment and employee programs. A bachelor’s degree in HR and 2+ years of HR experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or recruiting roles.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support high-volume hiring and recruitment processes.
• Assist with HR operations and guide employees through self-service HR model.
• Coordinate interviews and requisitions with onsite/virtual teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and run Excel-based reports.
• Drive process improvements to streamline HR workflows.
