Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or recruiting.
• Strong technical skills with HRIS (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring and employee communications for Bangor site.
• Assist with HR operations and guide employees/managers through self-service processes.
• Coordinate interviews, job details, and requisitions with onsite and virtual recruiting teams.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports using Excel.
• Partner with HR team to communicate site-wide HR activities.
