Morson Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Bangor, ME site. This on-site contract role supports high-volume hiring, employee walk-ins, and the transition to a self-service HR model.

You will partner with the HR team to streamline workflows, manage data in HRIS (Workday), and coordinate site-wide HR programs. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, autonomous approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in HR coordination, operations, or recruiting roles.
• Strong tech-savviness with hands-on Workday HRIS.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Improve processes by learning workflows and driving projects to streamline multi-system processes.
• Support high-volume internal and external hiring needs with recruiting teams.
• Assist employees with walk-in inquiries and guide transition to self-service HR model.
• Coordinate site-wide HR activities and communications (open enrollment, trainings, etc.).
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms.
