Job summary

BearCom seeks a Director of Human Resources to partner with the VP of HR, leading multiple HR functions across North America and LATAM. You will architect global compensation, drive scalable HR systems, and mentor a multinational team in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will manage cross-border payroll, ensure compliance, and align HR operations with finance. This hybrid role is based in Garland, TX with travel to regional offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience in a technology environment, incl. 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven Paycom HRIS expertise for automated compensation structures and multi-state reporting.
• Demonstrated record designing variable incentive programs and global total rewards.
• Strong cross-border knowledge across US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil (CLT).
• Exceptional leadership; proven ability to lead high-volume operations.
• On-site commitment at Garland, TX with a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site, 1 remote).
• Occasional international travel to support regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Executive alliance: partner with the VP of HR and align HR strategy with business goals.
• Oversee 2+ HR functions; drive Global Compensation and HR Operations alignment.
• Develop high-performing international team with clear KPIs and career paths.
• Lead design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs.
• Benchmark pay across US/Canada/Mexico/Brazil to stay competitive.
• Navigate international compliance and complex labor requirements.
