Job summary

Salute in the United States is seeking a Global HR Operations Manager to lead systems, processes, and governance for a best-in-class employee experience across our global workforce.

We will drive a global HR shared services model, ensure data integrity and compliance across regions, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to scale service delivery and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 6+ years progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Shared Services, Payroll, or related function.
• Experience supporting global or multinational organizations across multiple countries and entities.
• Hands-on experience with UKG, ADP, Workday, or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
• Proven success in building, scaling, or transforming HR shared services and service delivery models.
• Knowledge of global HR operations, payroll administration, compliance, and HR technology.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments and partnering with regional providers.
• Strong understanding of international employment practices and data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills for workforce metrics and dashboards.
• Proven project management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations for a large field-based workforce across locations.
• Execute day-to-day global HR operations across countries and entities.
• Implement a global HR shared services model with SLAs and knowledge management.
• Optimize HR help desks, ticketing, and self-service platforms.
• Support global HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Manage HRIS platforms including UKG, ADP, Workday and integrations.
• Lead process improvements and automation across offboarding and changes.
• Drive readiness for mergers, acquisitions, and transformations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy across regions.
• Hire, develop, and manage shared services teams and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex HR issues.
• Support audits with accurate records and reporting.
• Train HR teams on systems and service delivery processes.
