Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring an HR Operations Specialist in Sterling, VA. You will execute system-driven HR processes, ensuring accuracy before payroll, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and leave management.

The role requires strong Workday HCM expertise, meticulous data handling, and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently. Employee stock ownership, ESOP programs, and ongoing HR initiatives offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR operations, HRIS, or HR coordinator role.
• Strong Workday HCM experience - transaction processing, data entry, and reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of leave administration, payroll processes, and benefits operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; combination of education and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Benefits & Leave Processing: complex payroll transactions; leave case management.
• Workday Transactions & Data Integrity: hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes; audit for accuracy.
• Compliance, Legal & ER Support: ER documentation, coordination with Legal; H1-B immigration case coordination.
• Vendor, Contingent Worker & Total Rewards Administration: vendor invoices; ESOP processing; onboarding/offboarding in Workday.
• Learning & Development Support: training delivery; track training compliance; ROOT program support.
