Rosendin is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the HR Technology function, with Workday as the primary platform. You’ll own governance, security, testing, and system enhancements while partnering with HR Ops and IT to align technology with business goals.

You will manage the HRIS Analyst team, drive data governance, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Join a shareholder-owned leader on large nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Workday architecture, security models and configuration.
• Proven people-management experience with HRIS teams.
• Experience owning data and security governance for enterprise HR tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication to translate technical config for senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS Analyst team including hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career development.
• Own strategic operations roadmap and overall health of HR technology systems (Workday-focused).
• Establish data governance standards and security policy with audits.
• Identify and elevate platform improvements for broader HR Ops adoption.
• Oversee testing, release management and compliance for HR tech changes.
• Partner with IT, Legal and HR Ops to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Monitor HR tech metrics and report platform health and risk to leadership.
