You will partner with HR Operations and IT to align the system with business strategy, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes. The role requires a strong background in HRIS leadership, Workday configuration, and governance, with a focus on security, testing, and cross-functional collaboration across HR Ops and

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of Workday architecture, security models, and configuration.
• Proven people-management experience including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Experience owning data governance or security governance for an enterprise HR platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical config to business impact.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS Analyst team including performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
• Own HR technology roadmap, governance, and security posture for Workday implementations.
• Standardize processes; build documentation and onboarding to scale the function.
• Coordinate with HR Ops and IT leadership to align platform with business strategy.
• Oversee testing, release management, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
