Job summary

Rosendin Electric is looking for a Payroll Specialist I to ensure accurate weekly payroll processing for employee-owners, maintaining records and resolving inquiries. You will work with HR and project teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll regulations across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of progressive payroll processing experience, preferably in construction or unionized environments.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll data, including timekeeping, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Generate payroll reports for internal review and assist with auditing procedures.
