Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an HR Operations Contractor to support the HR mailbox, onboarding, and HR documentation. Based in Bridgewater, NJ, you will backup the HR Operations Specialist and help maintain data quality across systems including SharePoint.

You will collaborate with stakeholders for timely, professional HR service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of HR experience; familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year HR experience preferred; Workday experience helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional responses to employee inquiries via HR mailbox with guidance on HR processes and policies.
• Support HR systems and SharePoint administration ensuring data accuracy and a positive user experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Back up HR Operations Specialist for New Hire Orientation and other tasks during peak periods.
• Assist in reviewing and improving HR processes to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
