Job summary

Informa, Shawnee, KS, is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist on a 12-month assignment to deliver HR operational support and administration for US colleagues. You will resolve inquiries, maintain data in SAP/Oracle and other HR systems, and partner with HR Shared Services Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate records.

This role emphasizes onboarding support, timekeeping accuracy, and data integrity in a collaborative, global team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Basic knowledge of data management lifecycles in core HR systems.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides first point of contact and excellent customer service to colleagues, management, and HR Business Partners
• Resolution of colleague inquiries, processing paperwork for changes into HR systems (ADP, Oracle, SAP)
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding, manage leave processes in SAP and Oracle
• Manage life cycle of a colleague from onboarding to leaver, including changes and inquiries
• Support timecard corrections, time off approvals, and timekeeping policies
• Facilitate onboarding, complete HR profile and I-9s
