The Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control will ensure HR data accuracy, governance, and secure use across systems, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to drive data quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes data integrity, analytics, and Workday change control, supporting governance and reporting needs across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR data roles.
• Experience maintaining HR data integrity and governance.
• Experience delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience administering HR governance; change control, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of employee data management and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and other HR systems.
• Conduct data audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and validation rules.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues and discrepancies.
• Support HR data management processes and cross-functional data consistency.
