Legend Biotech is hiring a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent for the HR Operations & Compliance team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will own Core/Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules, driving configuration, releases, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Compensation, Talent, HR and HRIS to deliver scalable Workday solutions, lead testing, and ensure audit readiness. A strong background in HRIS and Workday configuration is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years in HRIS/HR tech with 3+ years Workday Compensation & Talent configuration.
Strong knowledge of Workday modules, business processes and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management and Talent.
Partner with leaders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Lead configuration for compensation plans, cycles, incentives and guidelines.
Lead Talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews and succession.
Provide expertise on Workday processes, security, and system design.
Manage Workday biannual releases, coordination and testing.
Ensure documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
Troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate Workday processes.
Act as functional decision-maker on Workday configuration decisions.
Evaluate new Workday features and prioritize deployments.
Prioritize enhancements aligned with compensation cycles and HRIS governance.
