Job summary

Worley seeks an HR Administrator to support Craft Operations (Off-Site). You will manage onboarding, employee records, and transactions while coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other People Operations teams.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent service for a project-based workforce. Primarily office-based, you’ll support a dynamic environment across project and craft operations with a focus on onboarding, verifications, and compliance processes,

Qualifications

Experience in administrative roles within People Operations or HR services.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management is a plus.
Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary admin contact for current and former employees.
Process onboarding and work authorization documentation.
Handle employment verification requests and benefits related inquiries.
Manage Service Desk requests and coordinate follow-up actions.
Support payroll inquiries and W-2 related questions in collaboration with Payroll.
