Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, public administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent HR work across recruitment, onboarding, personnel actions, employee records management, and HR reporting.
• Process HR transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies.
• Apply HR guidance and regulatory frameworks to resolve routine to moderately complex HR issues.
• Provide support to managers and employees by answering inquiries and guiding processes within authority.
• Support recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, coordinating assessments or interviews, tracking candidates, and preparing documentation.
• Review HR work by Assistants for accuracy and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain HR data systems and ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and confidentiality of information.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and timeliness.
• Contribute to special projects, surge support, or reporting initiatives as assigned.
